Return Policy
We do not accept returns and all sales are final. If you receive your product and there is a manufacturing defect or order error then please contact us or email us directly at contact@eatbroats.com and we will consider your refund or return on a case by case basis.
Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5 day window from delivery.
We cannot accept returns on purchases made through third party retailers.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. These sale items include items purchased on sale or with a discount code which cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please do not open the item and notify us immediately.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Shipments
All international orders are final. We cannot accept returns on international purchases, international shipments and international orders. We cannot issue any refunds on international orders and international shipments made.
